Added test to confirm unselected nav test isn't a medium font ... f0f9484a44

Added browser render testing for both the admin page and the portfolio page
Moved vitest config file to testing folder
Modified the CI pipeline to install required dependencies for browser tests

Modified CI.yml, the workflow now only runs on runners with the chromium label and no longer tries to install the playwright chromium dependencies. 683a108e12
